Operation USO Care Package Stuffing Party Guidelines/Schedule:

Just a few reminders/guidelines:
1) No one under the age of 13 are permitted in the warehouse because of our Liability Insurance rider.
2) Student groups must have a 4:1 ratio of youth:adults, any individual minors (13-18) MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.
3) Please wear comfortable clothes, as well as closed-toe shoes.
(The warehouse usually reflects the weather/temperature outside.)
4) Doughnuts and coffee are provided in the morning and Pizza for lunch. We also have a water cooler, so if you would like to bring a water bottle to refill throughout the day that would also be a good idea.
5) If you are interested in coming out to Ft. Belvoir to participate in a Stuffing Party, please be aware that we have become a very popular program and tend to fill up very quickly. So the sooner you get me the names, the better chance I’ll have spots available. PLEASE email me NO LATER THAN noon the Tuesday before the date you would like to come out. This does not mean I will have spots available, but that is the deadline if by chance I do have spots. This is imperative that I receive your name for the lists for the gate and so I can have an accurate count for food. If you do not RSVP…we may have to turn you away at the door, due to safety & fire regulations & restrictions.
